The workshop “Use of AI Tools in Everyday Work” was held on Friday, November 21, 2025, at the Faculty of Maritime Studies, University of Split. The session was led by Prof. Saša Mladenović, who presented practical applications of artificial intelligence across different aspects of faculty operations, including administrative, legal, procurement, teaching, and research activities.
Through real-world examples, participants explored how AI tools can enhance efficiency in everyday tasks, support decision-making processes, improve document preparation, and facilitate collaboration across institutional functions. Particular attention was given to the responsible use of AI, including the critical evaluation of AI-generated content and the importance of maintaining human oversight.
The workshop was highly interactive, enabling participants to discuss challenges from their own professional contexts and exchange experiences on integrating AI into institutional workflows.
This activity was carried out as part of the AITECH project (Artificial Intelligence for Future Technical Education and Industrial Competitiveness, IP-UNIST-48), funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan 2021–2026.
