2025

Project Launch and Research Framework

Formal launch of the AiTECH project at the Faculty of Science, University of Split.
Establishment of the research framework, project governance structure and interdisciplinary collaboration between artificial intelligence, education and industry partners.

Key activities: formation of the research team, definition of research methodology, preparation of AI development environments, coordination of project management and dissemination activities

2026

Development of AI Systems and Educational Technologies

Initial development of artificial intelligence models and intelligent systems designed to support technical education and research environments.

Key activities: development of adaptive learning algorithms, design of multimodal monitoring systems, preparation of datasets and experimental environments, integration of AI methods into educational scenarios

2027

Prototype Systems and Pilot Implementations

Implementation of prototype AI systems and testing within real educational and research contexts.

Key activities: deployment of experimental AI tools, pilot testing with students and researchers, evaluation of learning analytics and monitoring approaches, collaboration with industry partners

2028

Evaluation, Impact and Dissemination

Comprehensive evaluation of developed AI technologies and dissemination of results to the academic and industrial community.

Key activities: scientific publications and conference presentations, workshops and training activities, refinement of AI systems based on pilot feedback, preparation of sustainable project outcomes

2029

Sustainability and Future Development

Preparation of long-term sustainability of the developed technologies and expansion of the research collaboration network.

Key activities: integration of project results into educational programmes, open science dissemination of datasets and software, development of future research initiatives and collaborations
